About Me
My name is Austin, I am 17 years old. Ive been working with photoshop for 5 years now, and I'm improving every year. I love to make edits in my free time because it gives me a chance to escape from reality, anything if possible in the world of Photoshop!
•In 2009, I created a Facebook page called 'Pics R Perfect' and I would design 100's of profile pictures during the summer for all my friends. At the time my edits were very mediocre and bad! •In 2011, I closed down 'Pics R Perfect' and moved on to work on harder task. At the age of 14, a company asked me if I would create the logo of their company. It was my first works to be copyrighted. Later that year, I was asked to created a menu for a restaurant, but I declined due to school being in session. • In 2012, I lost interest in photoshop, and began working on physical art. I created a company called 'Pixie Tape' and I sold Duck Tape flowers in shops all around my State. Towards the end of the year, I began to work in photoshop again when I joined the Yearbook staff my freshmen year. I discovered that I was really good at photography through my Yearbook class. • In 2013, I joined the Yearbook staff for my 2nd year. I fell in love with the idea of journalism and actually being apart of a student publication. My interest for Lady Gaga grew a lot this year, and that is when my edits started to surface online. I had the opportunity to design Lady Gaga's birthday gift. She said it was "Very thoughtful" and she "Loved it". • In 2014, I joined the Yearbook staff for my 3rd year. I became the designer editor for the 250+ page book. My edits for Lady Gaga have grown to be very popular. I had the opportunity to design the cover and opening pages of UK's best selling 'GAGA Magazine', it was very neat experience. |
